Jonelle Delivers is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unsecured equipment if not properly packed. Setup or takedown services are not included unless agreed in writing. We recommend insurance coverage for high-value items.

    General Terms (Applicable to All Services)

    Services must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

    Payment is due before or upon service completion unless under contract.

    Liability is limited to direct loss caused by proven negligence; insurance options are available upon request.

    Jonelle Delivers reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe, illegal, or improperly packaged.
